| 1 | Four Year Undergraduate (FYUG) leading to M. Sc. (Integrated) Five Year Programme | Computer Science | Candidates who have passed the HS examination (10+2) in Science stream with Physics and Mathematics (in combination with any other science subjects) with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for admission into the first semester of Four Year Undergraduate (FYUG)/M. Sc. (Integrated) 5- year Programme in Computer Science. Eligibility for promotion of students with three years undergraduate degree to the 7th Semester of the M. Sc. (Integrated) 5-year Programme (i.e. in the first semester of the PG level of the 5-year M. Sc. Integrated Programme): A student has to pass in all the papers up to the 6th semester of the Four Year Undergraduate Degree Programme and has to successfully complete the undergraduate degree of three years duration under the provisions of NEP 2020. Eligibility for promotion of students with four years undergraduate degree to the 9th Semester of the M. Sc. (Integrated) 5-year Programme (i.e. in the third semester of the PG level of the 5-year M. Sc. Integrated Programme): A student has to pass in all the papers up to the 8th semester of the Four Year Undergraduate Degree Programme and has to successfully complete the undergraduate degree (Honours with Research) under the provisions of NEP 2020. Relaxation in eligibility is as per GOI rule. Merit of the candidates will be on the basis of NTA-CUET score. |

Computer Science | Students who have passed a B. Sc. (Major) degree in Computer Science with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by UGC OR Students who have passed a B. Sc. (Pass) degree with Computer Science and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by UGC OR Students who have passed a Bachelor in Computer Applications 20 (BCA) degree with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by UGC and also have passed the Higher Secondary/(10+2) level examination in Science Stream with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects OR Students who have passed a Bachelor in Information Technology with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by UGC and also have passed the Higher Secondary/(10+2) level examination in Science Stream with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects. All seats will be filled up on the basis of merit in the CUET-2023 to be conducted by NTA. However, upto maximum 50% seat shall be reserved for candidates graduated from Assam University affiliated colleges with provision of lateral migration based on merit. Candidates without CUET score shall not be considered eligible for admission. |

Tech. from a University/Institute with a minimum of 50% of marks/equivalent grade from India or abroad and recognized by GoI, with Mathematics as one of the subjects in graduation or at (10 +2)/Senior Secondary level and must have cleared/passed it at the respective level (graduation and/or senior secondary).
